Øyfjellet Wind Investment AS has mandated ABG Sundal Collier and Pareto Securities to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings. A EUR 80 million senior secured green bond issue with a 5-year tenor may follow subject to, inter alia, market conditions. The purpose of the new bond issue is to refinance the existing senior secured EUR 80 million green bonds with ISIN NO0011082117) (“OFWI01 ESG”).
