Øyfjellet Wind Investments AS: Successful Placement of EUR 80 million Senior Secured Green Bond Issue and Conditional Redemption of Existing Bonds (ISIN NO0011082117)

Oslo, 11 May 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Øyfjellet Wind Investment AS (the "Company") on 5 May 2026. The Company is pleased to announce that it has successfully placed a new EUR 80,000,000 senior secured green bond issue (the "New Bonds"). The New Bonds carry a floating interest rate of 3-month EURIBOR plus 4.25 per cent. per annum and have a maturity of 5 years from the Issue Date.

An application will be made to list the New Bonds on the Nordic ABM Fast Entry segment within 60 calendar days of the Issue Date, and on Nordic ABM within 6 months of the Issue Date. The net proceeds from the New Bonds will be used to refinance the Company's existing EUR 80,000,000 senior secured green bonds (ISIN NO0011082117) and to cover transaction-related expenses.

Settlement is expected on or about 22 May 2026, subject to customary conditions precedent. In connection with settlement, the Company will issue a conditional call notice for the full redemption of the outstanding bonds.

ABG Sundal Collier ASA and Pareto Securities AS acted as Joint Managers in connection with the bond issue. ABG Sundal Collier ASA acted as Green Bond Structurer. Advokatfirmaet BAHR AS acted as legal adviser to the Company and the Managers.
